This individual will work closely with Sales, the Atlanta plant, and all aspects of support. This will be a customer facing position requiring focused accountability and strong personal interaction in potentially stressful situations.
- Experience with large technical projects for Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience with Clarity desired, Retail experience strongly desired.
- Customer relation skills a must and available to perform work at any hour with reasonable notice
- Single Point of Contact for Sales with support for new products
- Interface between plant and customer to introduce new products, and manage pilots to achieve final acceptance in anticipation of a rollout.
- Act as NCR representative consulting with major retail customers and NCR site coordinators
- BS College degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management strongly desired.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) desired and 3 plus years of retail experience is desired.
