History
Trans Atlantic Systems has been providing software development services in the US since 1995. The company´s US based consulting operations were acquired and moved into Trans Atlantic Systems through a Management buyout in 2004. Trans Atlantic Systems has since transformed itself into a company focusing on IT consulting and software development solutions.
Management Team
Ajit Jose – Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer
Ajit Jose has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Trans Atlantic Systems since September of 2010. He joined the firm in 2004. Before becoming the firm's lead officer, he worked as Vice president of Strategic Solutions providing clients with solid strategies for onsite and offshore strategic software solutions. Prior to joining Trans Atlantic Systems, Mr. Jose worked for 10 years in the technology field in both the Asia – Pacific region and the United States.
Robert Green – President & Chief Operating Officer
Robert Green, President of Trans Atlantic Systems, previously worked for Software Systems & Solutions, Inc for 5 years as Vice President. In 1996, he started a technology consulting firm which was merged into Intellisource, Inc., a strategic outsourcing company, in 1997. Intellisource was purchased by Affiliated Computer Services of Dallas, Texas in 2000. Prior to becoming involved in the technology outsourcing business, Mr. Green worked as a corporate attorney for twelve years. Mr. Green also served on the Board of The Georgia Electronic Commerce Association and was its Chairman for 2003.
